Carolyn in Hawaii

Congratulations to Carolyn Hewett who became the first ever member of Iron-Head Racing to compete in the Ford Ironman Triathlon World Championships in Hawaii on 13th October.

In what can only be described as challenging conditions – heat, wind, and, a tough course – Carolyn came across the line in a highly respectable time of 12:56:08.

Home de Ferro, Ibiza

Dan and Stef both headed out to race Dans’ end of season favourite over a 4km/120k/30km.
Strong perfromances from both gentlemen with Stef crossing the finish line in 7:27:29, and, Dan not far behind in 7:39:28

Dublin Marathon

Rich finished his season off in style with another strong performance around the streets of Dublin with a personal best of 3:17:34 – knocking 11 minutes off of his previous best.
