Congrats to Carolyn who, in her first ever Ironman, qualified for the Ironman World Championships in Hawaii.

She won her age group at Ironman UK, Sherbourne by over 25 minutes to take top slot and 12th female finisher overall storming home in a highly impressive 11:05!
